发帖数: 363 | 6 先谢谢楼上各位。不知道有没有人用过sigma的service。我对genscript的peptide
service没有信心，买过一次，提高了100X的浓度还看不到多个实验室反复报道的现象。
我已经做了一个Ab，用的cocalico的service，象你提到的那样。能用来做WB，IP就很
难了。
然后发现我做的蛋白有alternative splicing，做的抗体能识别两个form，现在发现第
三个form也不能忽略，所以想再做一个抗体。还以为用peptide的特异性会高一些呢。
是不是自己表达一个50aa的peptide效果更好？

发帖数: 12 | 7 表达蛋白和peptide没啥大的区别，文献中报道利用蛋白做抗原最后产生的也是1-2个优
势表位且以线性表位为主。不过peptide最大的问题应该是预测的线性表位是否准确的
问题，所以要是做一条肽的话成功率会很难保证，很可能Elisa识别peptide很好但是不
能识别内源。不过如果预测好一点或者多选择几条的话，应该还是不错的。
另外有的公司也提供可溶表达的服务，比如上面说的Abmart，可以利用可溶表达蛋白和
多肽两种方法同时做。 |
