Independent Research Fellow program. Candidates with no or little
postdoctoral experience but showing a high potential for future success from
his/her PhD research are encouraged to apply. The Fellows will have the
freedom to establish an independent research team and pursue his/her own
research ideas with generous supports from the institute. Appointment for
the Fellows will be three years. Successful Fellows who can pass the review
by an institutional committee will be promoted to be Principal Investigators
at the junior level.
这个项目是依附到某个大老板下面做senior postdoc还是相对独立的一个小组？

如果不能招学生，那就是说全得自己干。也没有技术员支持。
这样一来出东西慢，3年后评估怎么能过的了啊。
