binding partner through Mass Spec, 然后根据binding partner去characterize
this interested protein. 往往还要用pull down 等方法找到partner的binding site
on the target protein.
在工作过程中，我感到很多时候要很清楚的搞明白蛋白间的相互作用，structure
biology 方面的知识很必须。我是生化背景，structure biology方面基本是外行，
请各位师兄师姐给些关于学习structure biology的建议，有什么推荐的教科书吗？
（我目前不做structure方面的工作，我们实验室往往是合作者做结构的部分，我们做
生化分子的部分。但很多时候，我要用的structure biology 方面的知识，比如根据已
有的结构设计点突变去abolish the binding between two protein; 在已经知道结构
的蛋白上某个位点的磷酸化是否会改变其结构，影响这个蛋白和它的底物的结合；跟据
amino acid sequence 推测 which fragment may be expose to the surface of the
domain; 更好的理解结构生物学方面的paper,等等）
另外，有什么关于研究 protein protein interaction 方面的专题书吗（涉及原理方
面和方法学等方面）？能回答例如为什么有时binding需要NaCl在buffer里等问题？
