发帖数: 144 | 1 Why cells from agar plates can glow, but not from liquid?
Hello everyone, recently I meet a problem. I transfered a plasmid harboring
a OFP-encoding gene into E. coli sm10 cells. I inoculated cells both on
plates and liquid. The cells from agar plates can glow very well under
microscope, but not for cells from liquid. The cells from liquid medium few
cells can give signal. Does someone here know what cause this?
