resolution mass spectrometers should be able to do it. For SILAC, MaxQuant
is the default data analysis software, which is free.

我们实验室也有合作的质谱，不过感觉技术不行。我做IP之后，western能检测到的，
跟input相比差不多有50％富集的蛋白，他们质谱居然打不到
所以想找一个技术很好，质谱灵敏度很高的实验室或者公司去做
请问怎么样知道质谱灵敏度高呢？
