我们实验室二十多个人，只有2个人课题需要做（我是最近刚加入的），另外一个的人
虽然经验比我丰富，不过他也挣扎好久了，PhD快3年了还在整天的克隆PCR，看着我寒
心。关键是没有其他人可以帮忙trouble shooting，他自己摸索估计也不容易。

ones, I generally can help trouble-shooting and speed up the process
dramatically if one can discribe here in very details...and can afford to
bring some wine too:)))(just joking, a friend here wanted to send me wine a
while back and I sent her a joker address)...for those very hard/weird ones,
I would advise to change strategy completely/try several different
strategies or just quit for a beginner...

case u run away:)))...just joking...just let me know and I'll help you as I
can...there are a bunch on this board who are very good with the tech...you
just need to make sure you describe in very details...otherwise it would be
much harder to trouble-shoot...too much guess work although there are some
steps more error prone than the others...
