polyA and bovine growth hormone polyA? why some expression cassette use
human other use bovine? Any specific purpose?
Plus bovine is much short than human ones, make me wonder why we do not use
bovine poly instead.

downstream.
without a validated polyA signal, the cassette you inserted would not
express at all.
