最近在考虑是不是需要用adenovirus transfection,但是不知道transfection
efficiency是多少？很多paper里就给了一个Immunostaining的图，也没给个数字。根
据大家的经验，这个效率大概是多少呢？（如果能讨论下特异性就更好了）
另外，liver大概有70%的细胞是hepatocytes，剩下的就是其他细胞了，transfection
是针对所有的细胞吗？有没有特异性的针对hepatocytes的。
