课才开始做了20几年的neuroscience，之前他是biochemist。很多人都是利用summer
course转方向试新东西的啊 而且可以认识很多人

是的。 这个fellowship以前是包括美国学生一起竞争的，我当年拿过。当年中国人每
年能有3-4个左右吧。后来没钱停掉了。很高兴又出来了，而且只对外国人。我觉得这
样比较fair.
其实钱比一般的多不了多少， 主要是个荣誉， 而且有些研究经费可以开开会，买个电
脑。我用这个钱买了3-4台笔记本电脑。fellow之间的networking也不可小瞧。
