usually more important than CNS papers. If you are already an AP, that may
be evaluated at a different level.

生化？ Too many people in the pool unless you are specialized in areas like
enzymology. There may not be a lot opportunities in those special areas,
but you will be very competitive if there is an opening. However, if you
are very strong, there are always openings in this area since it is more
technical driven.
遗传？ Is it still hot? Maybe not. However, specialized in personalized
medicine may have a good future.
癌症？ A lot of opportunities, big and small. Because the hurdle is relative
low, most if not all big pharms will keep and expand it.
糖尿病？ A huge market with very high hurdle. Most big pharms will try to
keep it with reduced sizes. However, small biotechs may have good
opportunities in the next ten years. Big pharms will compete for good
external assets while reducing internal cost.
神经退化疾病？ A rapid growing area. Not bad to enter now.
