全职科学编辑
职位描述：
1． 协助责任编辑进行每期组稿、约稿的联系。
2． 协助责任编辑负责稿件的初审，及时处理初审结果；
3． 协助责任编辑负责当期稿件内容的审核和编辑工作；
4． 协助美编完成各自负责内容的排版和校对工作；
5． 新一期杂志到位后，寄送样刊保证作者及时收到，并与作者保持联络；
6． 建立和发展作者、专家队伍，并加强联络，拓展稿件来源；
7． 借助会议、论坛等任何形式的活动，进行杂志的宣传；
8． 深入学习行业知识，不断提高业务能力。
职位要求：
1． 具有生物相关专业背景；
2． 硕士以上学历；
3． 具有海外学习背景，在国外完成高中或大学学业者优先考虑；
4． 具有优秀的英语读写能力；
5． 具有工作经验者优先；
6． 具备较强沟通谈判能力、策划能力；
7． 执行能力强,工作认真、细心；
8． 具备强烈的进取心、求知欲及团队合作精神。

Protein & Cell, launched at January 2010, is a peer-reviewed international
journal that publishes research article, reviews and commentaries concerning
the latest development in life science. The journal is monthly published
online and in print, and has been accepted by MEDLINE Indexing http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed. Protein & Cell invited Dr. Zihe Rao, Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences, as Editor-in-Chief, and assembled an Editorial Board consisting of internationally renowned experts. Protein & Cell aims to build a congregating forum for worldwide life science researchers.

Protein & Cell is looking for Scientific Editor
Job Summary:
Working on the manuscript submission and peer-review process for
Protein & Cell, and providing required information for Editors-in-Chief to
make final decisions for submitted papers.
Working closely with Editors-in-Chief on inviting manuscripts,
promoting the journal and writing assays on the latest research progress in
life science
Checking paper layout during production workflow, and
communicating with authors and production editors to ensure the papers are
in an appropriate state for production.
Providing input into further development of Protein & Cell in
relation to promotion, quality, style, online presence, final art, impact
factor, marketing, etc.
Key Competencies:
Ph.D. degree on life science, expertise on academic research and
reporting criteria; oversea experiences and scientific publishing
experiences preferred
Excellent command of verbal and written English language;
ability to apply it to scientific editing, writing, public speech and
interpersonal communication
Ability to judge overall picture to apply standards, and
dedicated to providing the highest quality product that meets or exceeds the
requirements
Attention to detail to guarantee the editing accuracy and
publication quality
Capability to work independently, and strong willing to learn
new knowledge and techniques
Capability closely with others in a team-oriented environment
Capability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines,
and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

前一段时间一个哥们和我联系，说收购了一系列小杂志，改版扩充之后，已经被ISI收
录，明年就会有IF（>1），看来这个思路很有前途啊 |
