, i cannot find the poster anymore. I am going to leave the lab soon. A
position is open again:
1) Boss is a Physician with MD and PhD.
2) Super star in translational medicine.
3)Very supportive.
4)ABC, like Chinese Culture. All family member speak Chinese, even the third
generation in US.
5) Never push you to work on weekend , although he hope you work hard to get
job done neat and quickly.
6) Wrote a very good reference letter for me. He would like to help you to
talk to anybody if you need help.
7) Lab enviroment is excellent.
8) Have a very broad social network in industry and academy.
Hope you:
1) Hard working (actively)
2) Smart
3) Prefer in genetics
4) easy-going. Usually, you need to meet with all the lab members during the
interview. The boss will talk to everyone and make the final decision. |

发帖数: 679 | 11 Our lab is mostly clinical oriented. Publications are hard to go to top
research januals. So, NCS guys may not interested. 'Science Translational'
is the top one we can reach up to now.
He is a little bit picky in selecting, but very nice to lab members. I am
going to leave very soon, (unexpected). My boss need to find someone in a
short time.
We just interviewed an American Guy. My boss is interested in him, but one
of the interviewer (PI from another cooperate lab) not. He gave this guy up
last week.
