但是个人感觉原理上可行
肥皂是detergent，加水溶解处理应该可以破细胞
从而释放出DNA（加热煮沸能促进细胞裂解）
如果能离心，取上清加入3倍体积酒精晃晃应该就能取出DNA了

发帖数: 4204 | 3 I remember one of my TA labs using strawberry
mashed in the extraction buffer made of 100ml shampoo+15g salt in 1L water,
then add 1.5 teaspoon meat tenderizer. After filtered through cheesecloth,
go through ethanol precipitation (v:v 1:1) . Stir with a glass stick and you
will see the white sticky strawberry DNA. Since strawberry has multiple
haploid so very easy to get DNA.

doable without passing through cheesecloth?
Not for kids, for some VIP. Sorry that I cannot tell the detail.

是用玻璃棒来搅，能看到一些东西缠在上面。
