I saw some posts in fashion board, discussing "baby Quasar".
It seems powerful and having no side effect.
It claimed that "The Quasar MD emits a light that soothes and stimulates
your skin to increase blood flow and circulation, which produces new
collagen. "
I have no knowledge about this light therapy, and it just reminded me of "
photobleaching" blahblah... I may be totally wrong.
