辑急的要人。
我的经验来看似乎是真的，前天给三个教授发了信，两个马上回信了，有一个杂志的副
主编立马就发给了我一篇文章。

1. To be a reviewer, one should be somewhat established or recommended.
Once getting in, there will be more and more coming. Frankly, to review
manuscript is a very heavy job.
2. When you are on vocation, editor also on vocation. Not necessary to say
there will be advantage in holidays in my experience.
3. To be a fresh reviewer like study section member, the first few times may
not counted by editor but rather examined by them. So be careful and spend
effector on it. If there too much difference from other reviewers or being
challenged by authors, it may damage your credit.
4. Most of us experienced that there is no review and reputation when one
needs it and, once I got my GC, there are so many things coming and I called
them useless. There is really no need to push it. To be a review once or
twice, it won't change your situation if other part is not solid.
