测过RNA (量，蛋白，降解)。microarray 的 Quality Criteria 都过了。
两个问题：
1。 这种情况下可以用normalization然后对比两者的表达么
2。 什么因素可能造成这种情况？实验中得buffer用的是一样得。 |
