小分子与天然产物药物发现
SS一篇关于小分子和天然产物的蛋白相关性的文章http://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/ja102798t又激起挺SS（自称Schreiberphile）和倒SS的激烈争论 。
SS本篇主要认为天然产物分子活性高，蛋白命中率高，与较多的蛋白相关，而小分子则
相反，虽然命中率低，其与较少的蛋白相关，因此最后强烈暗示自己的 DOS策略的意义
，一般收集的小分子结构太简单很难命中靶点，天然产物如此篇文章所言命中太多靶点
，DOS刚好满足小分子但结构更多，似乎对于寻找药物分子是个很好的选择。文章没仔
细读，对研究手段不太了解，感觉主要是些数据挖掘和统计分析的工作。
