postdocs and students did the experiment and then handed over the sample to
him to do the final assay.

是要求蛮高的， 类似‘做旧’的trick也不是一般人能做到的。 生物跟古董的不同在
于很多成果是要用应用来检验的， 再高明的没效果也穿帮了。 |

动物实验有效果更和荧光标记没任何关系。不要小瞧GSK，700M不是随随便便就扔出来
的。sirt pathway的确很复杂，有人说抑制能治糖尿病，有人说激活能治糖尿病，不过
现有的文章只能说具体机制还不清楚。

的。不过现在下结论显然太早。怎么说也是进了phase II的candidate了。有兴趣的话
，我们可以仔细查查文献再来讨论。

小剂量,小样本.给个安慰剂也一样过I,甚至过II.
