still use calcium phophate? according to my limited exp on this method i think
the following things should be taken care
1. quality of your CaCl2
2. quality of your buffer (PH is important)
3. DNA quality
4. mix well by short vortex
5. let complex form for about 20-30min
6. no single transfection method can apply for all different cell lines. do a
proper control to begin with.
