Thank you for becoming a member of the Oakland Zoo!
We are excited to welcome so many new members and amazed by the level of sup
port from our community. We wanted to let you know that your welcome packet
has been mailed. Once you receive your new cards, please feel free to visit
the Zoo.
As a new member, there are a couple of things that you need to know before y
our first visit. You will be asked to present a photo ID along with your new
membership card on every visit. Remember, your cards aren't transferable an
d can only be used by the named individual adults; you can bring up to four
children with you on each visit.
Once you've received your cards, if you discover a mistake has been made on
your name or address, just bring the cards to the Membership Booth located a
t the main entrance. Our staff will work with you to make sure that you rece
ive a corrected card.
