POLICE CHASE CARJACK SUSPECT THROUGH YARDS: San Pablo police arrested an 18-
year-old carjacking suspect whom they say pepper-sprayed a man trying to
sell his Mitsubishi early Monday.
The suspect, Anthony Botello, arranged a midnight meeting with the victim,
Lt. Mark Foisie said, saying he wanted to buy the car but worked odd hours
and could only meet at night.
They met in the 1800 block of 22nd Street, where police say Bo | A**o
