02: Nets, Celtics (Spurs could win this one, and get ruled by Lakers in the
Finals.)
03: Nets, Pistons (Spurs could win this one, and might win it all.)
04: Pistons, Pacers
05: Pistons, Pacers (if not for the accident) (Spurs could win this one, but
probably lose in the Finals.)
06: Heat, Pistons

Spurs, with a little luck, could win 3 or 4 ECC, and 1 (at most 2) FC during
