toss-up, you won the game, that was a good move, you lost the game, you got
the blame.
Beverley's defense was so effective until the last couple of minutes, Lin's
defense was not bad either, but not in the level of Beverley's hustle. The
bench should play like him, you only got 10-15 minutes play, of course you
want to put all your energy in. Beverley is a good player, he was very
successful in Euro league, definitely is no nobody. What I did not like
about him yesterday is he was a little too tentative on offense the last few
minutes, he is capable of driving and kick out etc.. he saw the lane, but
did not do that, instead pass the ball back to Harden a couple of times.
I don't think Mchale has a personal agenda against Lin. It is just he is not
that high on Lin's ability, never been, it is no secret. But he did a good
job coaching this group of young players, including Lin. This team is still
a gimmick without an improved defense.
Lin is still the starter, he runs the offense better than anybody in the
team, including Harden. McHale knows that. But this team at times needs to
get stops from the other end and Beverley did the best in the last couple of
games, and he happens playing Lin's position. | m*****g

发帖数: 5101 | 3 no, the team needs his defense... he did not a terrific job on offense in
the game against Magic, he should have kept attacking like that game. It
just did not pan out last game.
