出头, WHIP 0.8, SO/9 10.6, BB/9 2.1.3位数的速球在大联盟投手里面也不是很常见
吧, 而且控球还很不错.

movement. he had a great slider/curve ball on Tuesday. it
set up his fastball. on days he does not have this, hitters
will sit on his fastball and he will be hit hard. of coz, this
is a big if.
again, I do not know.

movements. Nobody can pitch 100mph forever, and his fastball will be around
95mph like the rest of the class after some wearing and tearing in a few
years, at that time he will come back to earth...hoho.
His pitching motion is not as smooth as advertised also, IMHO.
overall, I like his performance a lot, especially his location control and
his poise. after the game, the HOF asked the Nationals for some equipments

两大武器会是mid-high 90的2-seam和backdoor curve。这两个都是BT的movement...说
到mechanic他球出手之后确实有点僵硬。不知道为啥我脑子里突然冒出paul byrd这个

that is not too bad!

发帖数: 4256 | 11 movement指的是球自然的飘动, 而不是故意让它旋转. 比如说你投fastball目标plate
的外侧，到达目标的时候却是在内测...这球就很飘,而不是直直的了.
2 seamer 是故意让球下旋，一般没有过95mph的.
strasburg和paul byrd的投球motion很像，尤其是leg kick...但paul byrd 比他
smooth.
