Dear Badminton Lovers and Friends,
The 2015 YONEX US Open – Part of the BWF Grand Prix Gold Series will be
held Tuesday, June16 – Sunday, June 21, 2015 at the Suffolk County
Community College, Health, Sports & Education Center, Brentwood, NY. We are
asking you to volunteer your talent and experience to Line Judge at this
world class event held in Brentwood, NY.

Please advise which days and times you will be available
Eligibility & Volunteer Line Judges will have the following provided:
1. Must be 15 years of age or older
2. Free entry pass to the 2015 U.S. Open (must be dressed in your Line
Judge uniform)
3. Line Judge dry shirt (Line judges working 3 or more days will receive
2 shirts) ...yours to keep!
4. Meals will be provided on the days that you provide line judge
service
5. Snacks and drinks will be provided
6. You will have the best seats in the house calling lines on court
7. Line Judges will have their names listed in the Official 2015 U.S.
Open program
8. Be part of the Official Line Judge / Court Official Photograph for
the U.S. Open!
9. You will receive a 2015 US Open Line Judge Certificate. Please print
your name to confirm the correct spelling of your name.
10. Line Judges are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
11. Line Judges must provide and wear long solid black pants (no jeans or
sweat pants). You will not be allowed on court without your black pants!
12. Line Judges must bring their shoes. Shoes must be either black or
white.
13. Lockers will probably NOT be available. You might want to leave purses
, and valuables at home. The 2015 US Open committee, staff, director or
other official and event facility are not responsible for any loss of
clothing or valuables!
14. New Line Judges must attend qualification (Tuesday June 16) matches for
training and experience.
Line Judge Clinics
Several Line Judge clinics will be held prior to the tournament below.
All applicants must attend at
least one of the line judge training course and on court training during the
tournament.

一篇关于senior game 有趣的文章。我想今年不会有senior game 了。
李宗伟会来，值得看真人的。

发帖数: 428 | 6 去年去打了这个Senior international。那个场地是我这几十年在美国打过的所有比赛
中最烂的场地。地硬，地滑，灯光不好（基本上看不见），还有窗外的太阳，背景也很
糟糕，还有风，场地的边界线也不清楚。总之你能想到的关于羽毛球场地的所有缺点那
里都占全了。我们俱乐部去了十几个Senior，当听说明年还在同一地方办比赛时，大家
当时一致决定都不会再去。据说其它人也如此表示，所以，今年听说他们不在那里办
Senior international了。
