Lee Chong Wei in his final push to clear his name in the doping scandal is
hoping all his supporters to pray so that he will be able to make a comeback
soon in badminton.
The 32 year old Chong Wei will be accompanied by UK based lawyer Mike Morgan
for the hearing in Amsterdam on Saturday. They will face a three member
independent panel in a bid to clear his name.
Chong Wei was tested positive for a banned substance dexamethasone at the
last World Championship in Copenhagen. The substance is tested by Chong Wei
is not performance enhancing and since that, Chong Wei has been out of
competition from Nov 11 last year. His ranking has dropped to 16th and set
to even drop further. |
