for the other group, we will do a little bit of stationary drills, then we will
concentrate on what's called "point target" drills.
in 3 people groups, basically, 2 on 1 on half court. the one person is
required to return the shuttle to the front and back alternatively. he/she is
also required to return to the ready position after each shot.
