发帖数: 33 | 1 关于加拿大转机的问题，所谓的iata note 39687,在IATA网站能查到吗
找了一大圈，发现这个note基本上都限于bbs上的讨论，我上iata.org看了一下，好像
没能找到关于这个的官方页面。。然后再http://www.skyteam.com/en/your-trip/Services/Visa-and-Health/ 上填了信息搜索了一下，也没发现关于39687的注释。。
有人知道能告诉我吗？谢谢。

If holding an expired US visa and meeting all other conditions, transit from
the USA is permitted, provided having held a valid US visa to enter the USA
