登机.取箱子时发现箱子的一个轮子折了.UA工作人员把轮子给我,说他们运送过程中坏
掉了.我当时提出赔偿,工作人员说他们不负责赔偿,需要我在网上申报箱子损坏.我去UA
的网站申报了箱子损害,一个月也没有答复.这个箱子是原来花300多美元买的,轮子折了

I have the same situation at Pudong International airport, they almost
destroyed my whole luggage case, and they asked me to go home and file the
claim online without issuing a case number, I do not know shit about this
process
, but I did file the case online within 7 days as told. However, when I
returned to the US, the customer care said that they could not do nothing
without a case
number issued by the airport agent, and they could not locate the claim I
filed, what happened next is, case is closed without giving me a fuck... |
