发帖数: 130 | 1 I have Citibank's Debit & Credit card. Used to just Citibank's ATM
machines in China to take out RMB, but after I came back realize they
charge fees for each transaction. Now when I use credit card to buy plane
tickets in China, there is also an additional 3% service fee.
Is there any way to avoid these extra charges by:
1 Exchange the RMB in US first and bring the cash into China. If so, is
there a limit?
2. Bring US cash into china (max?) and then exchange it at a bank there?
