会快递回行李。今天刚拿到行李,但箱包已严重损坏,轮子不见了,还出现了两个大洞
,幸亏内衬没破,里面的东东没有丢失。
打电话给美联航空,接线员态度狂差,说只给等额美联的抵价券,没有其他的赔偿方式
。这对于我而言就是废纸一张,我不可能在近期再出国。我抱着解决问题的态度打这个
电话,居然被搞得很被动。
难道没有可以更合理的方式让旅客满意吗?太郁闷了!

轮子摔掉是很正常的。估计是因为破两个洞才给你voucher的。

sized/over packed bags.
Damages should be reported to and resolved by the individual United Baggage
Services Office at the airport location where the damage was discovered. If
this is not possible, please direct your report and claim to our airport
staff at the location nearest you within 24 hours. We will need a copy of

however, my luggage was damaged once in us. i went to their airport office
and showed them the damaged bag. they gave me a better bag to replace it,
and it is brand new. i saw lots of bags on the shelves in the back of the
office. i picked the one i liked. they just gave it to me without any issues
