U Ottawa, UBC's CS/EE are decent too.

There is one program in Toronto U, I only remember the
tuition fee is 25,000 for this program and no financial
assistance.

one of my colleague got the MS degree of that program
the program has sth. to do with Nortel.. but, NT now...

school..
seems hard to get in school ..
