Here is how to do it: call your phone company and ask to
make your phone number private, so, the other party will not
see your phone number even he/she has caller id. Plus, the
phone company will not print your phone number on the yellow
page anymore. But i think that is a paid service.

“"restricted"
don't ask the local company ,thought this service is free,but if
they turn it on,it will always on until you call them to cancel it
那样的话你给谁打都block,而别人可能用Anonymous call rejection,
然后有个话音提示你对方"refuse to accept blocked call,please
turn off your block and call again"
比如偶是一律不接这种blocked的电话， 谁知道那厮要干什么邋事，呵呵
