because there was a very famous professor in this area in my school. He
provides good opportunities and reference to his students.
I think transportation planning is the best area for job hunting and the job
is very stable. GIS is a very important tool for planners as well as some
professional planning softwares such as EMME2/TransCAD. For traffic
engineering (singal design & geometric design), there are many opportunities,
