一、单位简介
北京航天控制仪器研究所成立于1960年1月，是中国主要先进精密光机电技术研制生产
单位之一。我们的使命是“以互相学习、精诚合作、和谐发展、实现共赢”的精神，与
国内外同行、社会各界携手共进，为推动先进精密光机电技术的发展与应用而不懈努力。
北京航天控制仪器研究所大力发展四个专业化产业项目，包括动中通特种通讯设备产业
、转台及运动测试设备专业、载荷及稳定技术产业和光纤传感及物联网技术产业。北京
航天控制仪器研究所先后荣获国家技术发明奖、国家科技进步奖、国防技术发明奖、中
国专利金奖等部级以上科技成果300余项，已拥有包括国际发明专利在内的授权专利160
余项，软件著作权多项，负责编制国家军用标准50余项。北京航天控制仪器研究所拥有
永定路工业区、永丰工业区和大兴工业区三大基地，占地面积达7.9万平方米，现有职
工4000余人，目前已实现营业额20亿元。建立了先进的科研生产管理体系、科学的质量
管理体系和良好的条件保障体系，产品广泛应用于卫星、空间站、飞机、舰船、车辆、
电力等领域。
北京航天控制仪器研究所将坚持自主创新，不断提高先进精密光机电技术水平，拓展先
进精密光机电技术应用领域，为先进精密光机电技术的蓬勃发展而不懈努力。
二、相关要求
随着研究所的改革发展，人才战略已列为我所发展的重要发展战略之一。为进一步加大
人才引进力度，拓展高层次优秀人员引进渠道，北京航天控制仪器研究所决定公开从海
外招聘人才，具体事项如下：
（一）招聘岗位
高层次人才若干名。
（二）招聘条件
1.精密光机电技术领域相关专业，例如：光学工程、机械设计、结构设计等，年龄
不超过40周岁；
2.在海外知名高校取得博士学位，有海外科研或工作经验者优先；
3.引进后需回国全职(来华)工作。
（三）工资待遇
按照国家相关规定向引进人才提供有竞争力的薪酬及配套科研经费，并按照研究所有关
规定提供公寓。对于特别突出的，相关待遇可以面议。

Job Notice about BIACD Introducing Overseas Talents
1. Introduction
BIACD (Beijing Institute of Aerospace Control Devices) was founded in
January, 1960. It is one of the most important research and industrial basis
of precision opto-mechatronics technology.
Our Mission: With the spirit of mutual learning, sincere cooperation,
harmonious development, and win-win relationship, BIACD joins hands with the
domestic and overseas counterparts and all sectors of society, and makes
unremitting efforts for the promotion of development and application of
precision opto-mechatronics technology.
BIACD now focuses on developing four professional industries, including
special communication equipment industry like satellite communication in
motion; Turntable and exercise test equipment industry; Loading and
stabilization technology industry and optical fiber sensing and Internet of
Things technology industry. BIACD has been granted with more than 300 awards
including the national technology invention award, the national technology
and science advancement award, the national defense technology invention
award, and the Chinese patent golden award, etc. It has obtained more than
160 international and national patents. It has also written lots of software
literature rights and more than 50 national military standards. BIACD has
three industrial bases, including the Yongding Road District, the Yongfeng
District and Daxing District. It has a total area of more than 79,000 square
meters, employs nearly 4000 emloyees and has a turnover of RMB 20 billion
until now. It has built advanced science research and manufacture management
system, product quality management system and corresponding service system.
Now its products have been utilized in satellites, space station, air
planes, maritime vehicle, the ground vehicles and power systems, etc.
BIACD will hold the concepts of self innovation, improve the precision opto-
mechatronics technology level, and expand its application fields all the
time. In the future, BIACD will apply itself to develop the precision opto-
mechatronics technology.
2. Key requirements
With the development of BIACD, talent strategy has been an important
development strategy in our institute. In order to reinforce the talent
introducing and expand channels of introducing high-level talents, BIACD
determines to recruit overseas talents in public. Details are as follows.
（1） Position
High-level talents.
（2） Requirements
1) Majors related to field of precision opto-mechatronics technology, such
as optical engineering, machine design, structure design, etc. Age less than
40 years old.
2) Obtain doctor degree in overseas well-known university or college.
Priority for people who has overseas scientific research or working
experience.
3) After the recruitment, full-time working in China is requested.
（3）Salary and Treatment
BIACD will provide competitive salary and research fund for the introduced
talents. At the same time, dormitory is provided in accordance with
institute regulations. Treatment can be discussed personally for those who
are extraordinarily excellent.
