一屋子的老黑, 警察, persecutor, 和黑大叔Judge脸都绿了. 然后开吵, 结果
败诉两条, safebelt被found not guilty.
"As a graduate student in XXXX University, I have to live on my quite
limited financial aids, paying extra sum could badly compromise my financial
condition and terribly agonize my living condition. T | r***r

有几件事得说说, 免得有比我纯真的孩子们犯同样错误.
(1)Never admit you are driving under compromised situation.
我说我那天很急, 我有一个朋友
"is very sick, I had hoped that I could see him as soon as possible. So
I have to admit that I was not driving very politely." 后来这句话被
persecutor 引用成为对我不利的证词.
(2)Never give proof about your behavior.
我本来以为就一个小弯怎么可以这样小题大作, 于是动用现代presentation装备
划了一副diagram, 然后前两个charge就被铁板钉钉found guilty了.
(3) Sth abotu safebelt.
除非你被警察拍了照, 绝无翻案机会, 一定plead not guilty--一准discharg | r***r

法官在我的diagram上发现所有的事都不是在ticket上, 于是问officer那天她
是不是真的在那个鬼地方发现我干坏事, officer said yes.于是那个persecutor
说了如下的话.
"Your honor, I don't find anything really making damage to our charges.
The defendant has been identified by the officer, he admitted what
he did in that evening by the diagram, he also admitted that he was eager
to see his friend and can not think clearly while driving. The charges
are still applicable."
于是我就乖乖被认定有罪了.
作为一个讼棍候选人, 如果有人让我替他打这场官司我会从如下点着手.
