决定a.用现金买。b.通过电话定价。C. 目标是要用Honda accord 的价格买到passat的质
量。
于是通过edmund.com 给远近dealer写了信。不到３０秒，３家自动回信了。１个小时以
后，一个dealer又回信了

Thank you so much for your email. I have a few questions, do you prefer cash
payment or loan? Can I take a loan from someone else? I have a few relative
bought vw before but they don't live with me. What do I bring to you to
qualify the $500 rebate. Is $22,986 the drive out price? If there any other
fees?
