2018, through Feb. 25, 2019
• 2019 Subaru Outback wagons and Legacy sedans manufactured from June
29, 2018, through Feb. 19, 2019
• 2019 Subaru Ascent SUVs manufactured from June 26, 2018, through Feb
. 18, 2019
The problem: A faulty fuel pump could develop cracks and fail, which may
prevent the vehicle’s engine from starting or cause it to stall while it's
running.
The fix: Subaru dealers will replace the faulty fuel pump with a redesigned
one, free of charge, beginning June 5, 2020.
