Toyota Recalls Certain Camry Vehicles

PLANO, Texas, March 28, 2018 – Toyota Motor North America, Inc. today
announced that it is conducting a safety recall in the U.S. on 1,730 Model
Year 2018 Camry vehicles.
The involved vehicle’s engine may be equipped with pistons from a
particular production period that were produced with a diameter larger than
the specification. In certain conditions, this may cause the vehicle to run
rough, create an abnormal sound, emit smoke from the exhaust, and illuminate
warning lights and messages. In some cases, a reduction of power may occur
and the engine could stop running. A vehicle’s engine which stops while
driving at higher speeds can increase the risk of a crash. | t**********2

最近一年多丰田召回1、2000的时候特别多
尼玛丰田怎么可能只有1700多的车子零件有问题，采买生产动辄都是百万级别的
我看又是在骗人，无外乎下面两种情况
1，反正召回了，但是实际上只召回一小部分，用户抽奖，先中招的按照召回，后来的
自己掏钱吧，反正已经召回过了，可以堵住nhtsa和一些用户的嘴
2，或者有十几万需要召回，但是只弄个1700多的数字，剩下的偷偷修，或者内部修，
借此降低丰田每年的召回数量，一样可以堵住可以堵住nhtsa和一些用户的嘴
上次就有人遇到召回的问题，但是一查，自己的车子根本不在召回范围内，还得自己掏

Accord 虽然比camry好不少，我们可以举例各种事实 但是用这种毫无意义的方式打击
camry就不必了

的 因为你的谎言可能会先被拆穿

For all involved vehicles, Toyota dealers will check the production date
code of the pistons in the engine. If involved pistons are found, the engine
will be replaced with a new one at no cost to customers. All known owners
will receive a notification by first class mail by late May.
Information about automotive recalls, including but not limited to the list
of involved vehicles, is subject to change over time. For the most up?to?
date Safety Recall information on Toyota, Lexus or Scion vehicles, customers
should check their vehicle’s status by visiting toyota.com/recall and
enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Safety Recall inquiry by
individual VIN is also available at the NHTSA site: nhtsa.gov/recalls.
