Finance rate 60个月一开始说是3.75,说我虽然信用800 ，但是没有finance过车，所
以低不了。
后来我拿本版一个2.19%finance Q7 的帖子要match,他们同意2.79%，说从来没见过2.9
以下的。
anyway 说是两个月后可以refinance,后来又说其实两个星期后就可以。具体我还要研
究下合同。问下大家有没有refinance过的大概什么过程。另外有没有推荐的credit
union. 我自己问了unifyfcu好像rate一般。
特别感谢版上两位提供了x3 lease的报价。虽然最后没有拿下，还是很感动的。 |

你车什么都敢说，隐藏的费用不会告诉你。
新车，800的分数，2.79%太高了。就算没买过车，一般攒到800怎么也得五六年的信用
历史，四五万的总额度吧？这个利率credit union或者其它银行有很大几率能beat。 |

the bank provides payoff letter.
You can get 2.24% for 48 mon.

发帖数: 36 | 8 应该不要。版上很多人都申请过了。看以前帖子说好像问是不是公民后说不是公民就好
。我没申请是因为客服说他家已经没有0.74或者0.99的贷款利率了。现在最好的利率网
站上有。都算比较高吧。

那些文件需要从Dealer那里要来？
前面的帖子有人提到必须交一个月才能换，这是真的么？我是恨不得明天就换了。

发帖数: 305 | 11 You can apply online. After you get your car, you need to wait about two
weeks afor the old lender to receive dealer document and set up your account
. Then ask them to provide the payoff letter. While you are waiting for your
old lender to set up your account, you can apply to Penfed get pre-approval.
When the payoff letter is issued contact Penfed to cut the check. The check
will have both your name and old lender's name. You just need to endorse it
and send it to old lender.
My loan officer was very nice. Although it is refinance, she processed as
new-car loan. I actually got pre-approval but didn't use it when I signed
the contracted with dealer. Later I decided to re-finance with lower rate
and short term.
On their website, the refi loan (they call it title loan sometimes) and new
car loan have same low rate, but the process could be different.

发帖数: 305 | 12 Usually there will be no prepayment penalty, check your contract for sure,
the one states total financing cost should mention it.
For refi, Penfed didn't charge additional fee, they processed as new car
loan, not title loan (listed as new refinance of 2016-2018 model).
Loan amount is up to $100K. FICO is one of the factors, income and current
debt like mortgage also matter.

发帖数: 305 | 13 Are you in NC too? I had similar situation, once I closed the deal, I
decided to re-fi. Although I got pre-approval 48th loan from Penfed before I
went to dealer, the general CSR through 1-800 number was not very helpful
and I took the dealer's loan. The dealer threw out addition "no payment for
3 months" which I didn't figure out how it worked until I got chance to
spread it using excel. The misled me like only 69 payments left, but
actually I still need to pay 72 months and the first payment is mostly made
up by the interest of the 3 months, which is not like regular monthly
payment include both interest and principal.
Good thing was the loan officer in their Nebraska office was very helpful
and responsive. The re-fi was very smooth.
