侧车身，当时也没讨论谁对谁错，交换了信息就走了。因为我有行车记录仪，记录了全
过程，后来交给了保险公司。在处理之前，我自付额交了500块，提前把车修好了。今
天处理结果下来了，什么都没说，就寄给我一封信，写着只赔97.99%，另外，我提前预
付的自付额部分给了一张489.95的支票。请问，为什么扣了我2.01%的自付额？是表示
在事故中，我有责任么？还是为准备来年涨我保险做铺垫？保险是farmers的。谢谢 |
