MSRP: 25945 (因为加了一个wheel lock，$55)
因为是cash买车，所以在MO不用交税，回到IL还要完税，今天去DMV看看，一切完成后
再来update。
新车价格是$21100
dealer doc fee：$199
dealer给了temporary plate
预计加税以及registration，title，license plate等后总计OTD：$22982-$23000
之前用的是这个公式来计算自己的target price (算出来最后全部加起来的OTD是$
23304,这就是我的target price)，也用这个price去测试了一些dealer
的internet manager（IL,MO,KY,IN,TN的dealer都联系过）报价，发现很多不能做。最
后有一家MO的大dealer同意了。

配置。
