发帖数: 21 | 1 停车场倒车的时候bumper被撞。我有倒车camera，等我看到另外一辆车出来的时候停下
，但是也来不及了。我的bumper角被蹭状瘪了，对方车的后盖底部被蹭。
我肯定是先出来的，从撞的部位看也明显。但是被撞的时候也没完全倒出来。
头一次碰到这种事情，这是没法说清只能share fault，还是跟insurance公司去谈。
另外，bumper大家一般claim吗？ |

Wrong. All drivers are responsible for avoiding accident. It doesn't
matter who has right of the way. If you did not pay attention to avoid
others when it is avoidable, then you are partially responsible for the
accident.
