rate then jacks up your vehicle price) is bullshit because they can earn

Purely 0%, and 0% down, even including tax.
My credit score isn't very high. Thinking might be average here.
It means, if they put 0% APR on their advertisement, most people can get it.
Go for it, even though you have cash. Do some investment with your extra
money, or pay back mortgage.
