normally that fucking cop will issue you one ticket for eash side, but the
fucking judge will dismiss one, and ask you to pay 1 of them, normally $200+
some kind of court fee.
it is unlucky to get ticket for that.

NYC cops = crooks.
you will have to go to court to save some money
judge will highly likely to dismiss one of them.
or, if you are rich, and don't have time, you can just pay the ticket
or, if you don't want to keep the tint, you have to pay someone to remove it
, then get your proof of no tint, done by any auto repair shop, then you

我刚刚自己 已经 撕了 贴纸， 那我只要去 修车店开一个 没有 贴纸的证明就可以了

填 NOT GUILTY 邮寄回去 就可以了？还是 要去法院？
