on some belt, so either drier/AC compressor failed apart) , need to replace
explansion valve, receiver drier and AC compressor, laor $800+, parts $900+
total $1800+
i know nothing about the cars, shall i find some local mechanics to lower
bill? Also how do i find a the reliable one? thnx. | b********7

one reliable mechanics (40miles away) said 1100-1200 something.
that give me the impression dealer is overcharging?
But i need to find some shop that is closer by.
that mechanics said i need to find a AC certified garage, preferrable with
german car experience. the problem now is how to pick a good mechanics?

in 2010, precisely half month after the warranty expired. Cost me about $
1500. Won't buy another VW anymore.

trying to find a good AC certified mechanics is a pain in the ass.
