insist on the tax staff. I tried a car from a dealer yesterday and plan to
buy it next week. During the bargain, he said he will changed the number to
be filled in the column of price so that I can get the reduction i want and
he can get the same amount money he wanted. Is this the same thing with what
this topic talked about? I am a new student so i don't know much about it,
just don't want myself to be cheated. BTW, what is "otd"? Thank you!

注意有的dealer耍诈，嘴里说是otd，但是说这不包括，那不包括
一定要说清楚，包含everything
