这种情况必须和卖家一起去NY的DMV么? 还是说卖家给我bill of sale，title就行了？
我可以把车开回来，在NJ本地DMV注册？ 换驾照就是为了注册车。

how can I drive it back as I cannot keep the buyer's plate? Do I need to get
a temporary plate in the state where the purchase happens?
