发帖数: 73 | 1 前一阵子在nebraska的高速上吃了张罚单。。。我住在加州，是不是就没有办法上庭
compete或者上驾校了？只能网上交罚款了？不知道板上有没有人有类似经验，先谢了

Delay the hearing. File for as many continuances as possible. Always make
these requests in writing via certified mail. You will need to have valid
reasons for the delay. The longer it takes to go to trial, the better the
chances charges will be dropped. The police officer who gave you the traffic
ticket is required to appear in court if you contest the citation. The more
you delay, the more inconvenient it becomes and the less likely the officer
will be able to be in court on the new date. If he is not there, your
charges have to be dropped.
