1) you can wait , if builder has trouble to sell houses in this development
he will cut price eventually, the downside is if he has no trouble selling
you will end up with no house
2) dont buy new, some people bought houses but due to change of finacial
situation they have to unload right away, if the development is big you
will have a few oppurtunities like this just drive around and look for on-
sale signs |

如果好房子出来就被抢,你就别砍价了,加价吧。策略是bid别人的,自己设个上限。
如果房子出来看的少,要了解一些数据比如历史成交价格,最近是否有活动等。
还有货比三家。
房子和车子不一样。车子是流水线出来的,一辆菜3-5w。房子都50-100w的。必须慎重。
看上了贵3,5w也没事。看不上再便宜也勿要动手除非投资。
